Tight and loose variants available. I recommend the tight one, at least for PLA, it'll take a bit of pressure to get on first try but it should get looser after that, but I'm still publishing the looser one if you want that.
I printed it flat on the bed to get a nice outer surface, but it'll make the latch a bit fragile, so you gotta be a bit careful with it. If you do so, I recommend enabling manual supports and painting in only the areas highlighted in green, and enabling the following settings (this is for OrcaSlicer/BambuStudio, might be slightly different for Cura/PrusaSlicer):
- Support type - Normal (manual)
- Support style - Snug
- First layer expansion - 0mm
You should probably print it vertically with the short side facing the bed if you want it to last longer, though.
I also added Fusion 360 source files if you want to adjust the tolerances to your printer or material choice, the main things to edit are the latch and catch sketches.
