I wanted to have the filament run out sensor hang over the 2020 extrusion, as the Two Trees Bluer Plus uses an extrusion with a flat front but standard 2020 track on top.
This uses M3x10 to self-tap into the plastic, and used the M5 screws (10mm long)
Printed in ABS light blue, standard Voron profile. Supports were required for the one overhang. I used 2mm drill bit to clean out the filament path.

**I could not get mine to light up, so I may have a faulty sensor (or wiring).
Update: I couldn't get it to work because I was using TMC 2209 using the diag pin for sensorless homing on a BTT SKR 1.4 Turbo, when used it doesn't allow the stock filament runout sensor pins to work. I moved the sensor pin to a different pin on the board.
