- I had a need to cut a certain amount of plywood.
However, I didn't have enough space to make a large bed.
I made a simple guide to cut it to the same dimensions.
The composition is as follows.
In the configuration, the square pipe is a 20*40 iron square pipe, and the stainless steel pipe is a stainless steel pipe for drying clothes, and is about 19.2 pi in size.
I bought it at a hardware store because I needed it to be lightweight and durable.
The example picture above is an example of an output with a center distance of 50mm between the center of the pipe and the surface of the plywood, and for those who want a larger dimension, a 70mm specification has also been posted.
These two parts must be bonded with instant adhesive or epoxy after printing.
Also, four M8*8 copper inserts are required for position fixing.

Cutting guide square pipe holder L,R parts are common parts, and you can print out the necessary parts among 50mm or 70mm.
Since the cutting is done by closely fitting the square pipe, clamps are not necessary.
The cutting direction can be as desired, but when cutting in the direction shown in the photo, the square pipe fixing bolts must be non-head bolts.
The 50mm size is suitable for cutting 4 to 5 sheets of 4.8T plywood.
