This 3D-printable Foosball Table Rod Holder is a replacement part designed to securely hold the foosball rods (the rods with the players and grips) in place. It fits foosball tables with 13mm rods where the rod is inserted onto the holder and then dropped in to a slot (min 17.5mm wide) of a 15.5mm plank. This model is tested and allows for smooth rotation and control during gameplay. An easy-to-print and durable solution for replacing worn or broken rod holders.
Print Settings:
- Material: PLA, ABS, or PETG (PLA recommended for ease of printing but a more impact resistant material could also be beneficial)
- Infill: >40% (for strength and durability)
- Nozzle Size: >0.4 mm ( I used 0.6mm)
- Recommended wall thickness: >2mm
- Supports: None required
Usage Instructions:
- Print the Holder using the recommended settings for best results
- Remove the broken holder: If your current holder is damaged, remove it from the foosball table rod.
- Take of grip if necessary
- Stick rod into holder and push holder into the slot (min 17.5mm wide)
- Use the two fixing screws (39mm apart) to fix the holder
- Resume Play: The rod should now rotate smoothly and be held firmly in place.
