3030 Kabelkanal / Cable Duct

Ein Modell von einem Kabelkanal für Alu Profile der 30er Reihe TypB mit 8mm Nut. Zum einen dient der Kabelkanal zur Verlegung von Kabeln und außerdem noch um einen 10mm LED Streifen auf der Außenseite zu befestigen und so z.B. eine Beleuchtung im Druckergehäuse zu realisieren.

Enthalten ist ein gerades Stück Kabelkanal mit 100mm Länge. Dieses kann im Slicer über eine Skalierung in der Z-Achse auf die gewünschte Länge eingestellt werden.

Außerdem ist noch ein zweiteiliges Eckelement mit dabei um die Kabel und die Beleuchtung auch sauber ums Eck verlegen zu können.

Der Kabelkanal wird einfach mit den Kabeln befüllt und dann in die Nut des Alu Profils eingeclipt. Das Eckprofil wird zusammengesteckt und dann eingeclipt. Das Eck ist so ausgelegt das ein 30x30 Winkel dahinter Platz findet.

In den Bildern ist nur ein Versuchsaufbau zu sehen um die Verwendung zu verdeutlichen. Sobald es Bilder aus dem richtigen Aufbau gibt werde ich diese aktualisieren.

Gedruckt auf einem Prusa MK4 in PETG, im Profil 0,2mm Structural mit 4 Perimetern, 25% Infill und ohne Stützmaterial.

Die Modelle sind in den Daten zum Drucken bereits richtig ausgerichtet.

A model of a cable duct for aluminum profiles of the 30 series type B with an 8mm groove. On the one hand, the cable duct is used to organize cables and also to attach a 10mm LED strip to the outside and thus, for example, to create lighting in the printer enclosure.

Included is a straight piece of cable duct with a length of 100mm. This can be set to the desired length in the slicer using a scale in the Z axis.

There is also a two-part corner element included so that the cables and lighting can be laid neatly around the corner.

The cable duct is simply filled with the cables and then clipped into the groove of the aluminum profile. The corner profile is put together and then clipped in. The corner is designed so that a 30x30 angle can fit behind it.

The pictures only show a test setup to illustrate the use. As soon as there are pictures of the correct setup, I will update them.

Printed on a Prusa MK4 in PETG, in profile 0.2mm structural with 4 perimeters, 25% infill and no support material.

The models are already correctly aligned in the data for printing.
