P-valves should be flushed after every dive. With the adapter, you can use a standard drink bottle (assuming the threads match) to flush the hoses with fresh water, without spilling a single drop.
The flushing adapter also works with the quick connectors that include the automatic valve - it is activated by the three flanges. The adapter has a female connector, so the male side of the quick connector must be attached to the drysuit.
For printing, use an SLA printer and print everything standing upright (with the big side facing the build plate). Everything is modeled after the originals, which already include some tolerances. For the plug, you can use the spare O-ring that comes with the quick-connector.
The threads should fit many German water bottles, in other regions you might need to adjust the dimensions.
