I originally made this model for my friend Meg Rowe while she was in treatment for sarcoma. It originally sported the phrase, “Though She Be But Little, She Is Fierce”. Meg passed away in 2016, but the model has been carrying on her memory. It has been used as gifts for Relay for Life events and as centerpieces in Survivor Dinners. It has also been used to commemorate Mental Health programs and to promote awareness for Alzheimer's.
And now it is time to release the model into the wild. I'm listed it as Public Domain. Please feel free to print it for your Meg Rowe's.
I have a few word options available. There is also a blank version. If you have a short phrase or name such as “Meg Rowe”, you can use the Text tool in PrusaSlicer to add an engraving on embossing.
I have printed it many times over the years. Sometimes I use supports, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I pause the print and fill them with sand, but I usually don't. What I always do, however, is use a Raft or Brim. I do recommend a Brim or Raft.
