Encoder Knob: Kwark - Small Potentiometer
Personal project to design the “perfect” case for my Sofle V2 keyboard.
The case is a heavily modified version of kb-Elmo's design, with the following edits:
- Added support for gasket mounting.
- Designed to fit a wireless Sofle V2.
- Reshaped to accommodate a 360mAh battery sourced from disposable vapes.
The current model could do with a cleanup and rework.
Print Details
Ender 3 Pro:
- 40% Gyroid infill
- 3 walls
- 0.28 mm layer height
- Print time per half: ~12 hours
Bambu A1:
- 40% Gyroid infill
- 3 walls
- 0.20 mm layer height
- Print time per half: ~10 hours
Materials:
- PETG: For the case and plate.
- TPU (optional): For flexible tabs.
Assembly:
- Secured the case halves using 2 mm heat-set inserts.
