In one of those weird little accidents I recently knocked off one of the jaw pads from one of my clamps and lost it in the water.  This is a replacement part for either the upper or lower jaw pad for a 24 inch Dewalt 600 lbs. trigger clamp with 3.75 inch throat depth.  It may also fit on other some of the other lengths of the 600lb trigger clamps.  It does not fit on the lighter weight 300lb clamps.

The jaw pads consist of two pieces, a flexible foot pad and a rigid plastic foot pad support.  I used TPU 95a for the flexible foot and PLA for the foot pad support.  The TPU is definitely a little bit less grippy than the rubber material of the original foot pad, but seems like it will be ok.  I'm not sure how much strain the foot pad support will be under and if the PLA will hold up.  Something tougher like PETG might be a more durable choice.

Print settings:

Foot pad

Filament: Overture TPU 95a

Infill: 50%

Supports: Yes.  I used snug supports for the little overhangs that hold the foot pad to the clamp body.  Removing them with pliers wasn't as difficult as I was worried it might be.

Brim: No

Foot pad support

Filament: PLA or something tougher

Infill: 50%.  I'm not sure this is necessary but I wanted to err on the side of making this piece stronger.

Supports: No

Brim: No

Assembly

The jaw pad foot support slides into the the jaw pad foot covering the word ‘BAR’ in the jaw pad foot.  There is a small protrusion sticking up from the middle of the jaw pad foot that fits into the hole in the jaw pad foot support keeping it in place.  Then the complete jaw pad foot slides onto the clamp body.  Refer to the photos for correct orientation of parts.  All parts are fairly loosely held together by overhanging lips in the jaw pad foot piece.

Remix suggestions

It may be useful to remix this design to create replacement jaw pads for other sizes of these trigger clamps, like the 300lb series.

Additionally some might find it useful to use this design to create special purpose jaw foot pads for holding circular items or as right angle corner clamps like these by @norm202: https://www.printables.com/model/12470-mini-trigger-clamp-for-corners
