I am uploading this as a companion to the other Hi-Fi cases I have made. I do not intend to support this at all. I didn't particularly want to upload it as it was meant to be a commission that I was stiffed over and the cables are very hard to source elsewhere and the project requires a lot of additional components. The entire project is very expensive and I feel that having the streamer and amplifier is better, and cheaper to make as separates.

The SqueezeAmp board is a Squeezelite-ESP32-based streamer with an onboard amplifier, speaker terminals and an optical digital output. I had to modify my board by removing the IR sensor and fitting a socket. It also requires a port expander because with the Adafruit ANO rotary wheel there are not enough GPIOs on the board.

The SqueezeAmp board  does not pass-through the rear so the speaker sockets and RCA terminals need to be soldered, as well as an optical passthrough, and a barrel jack socket for a 12V power supply. I no longer have the prototypes so cannot provide any other photographs. The rear panel is the grey and blue one in the photo. The black and green one is a Max9744 based amplifier.

The display is an SH1122.

The input device is an Adafruit ANO, which features a rotary encoder and 5 buttons. You'll also need the breakout PCB.

The IR sensor is TSOP38238.

This is tuned for ABS due to the heat output during high power amplification potentially causing heat creep with PLA.

The feet are printed in TPU 95.

I use M3 x 6mm SHCS as power supply bus bars and terminate the cables with ring lugs and some heat shrink sleeving. There are holes for Voron spec heat-set inserts (M3x5x4mm) in the tray and rear panel for this. The same type of inserts are needed on the two ends of the main shell for the front and back to screw to.

Cables are generally crimped with Dupont style connectors. Feel free to solder if you have the skills and nerves.

The rear panels have multiple parts so that MMUs can be used to create different coloured text. If you don't have an MMU, delete the text parts.
