Print the spool holder and 3 of the spacers. Use M3 threaded inserts to melt into the holes. Use 3 M3x6mm screws with the spacers for the mount points. Screws and spacers are uses instead of one solid piece to allow for longevity of the mount. Printing a solid piece would break over time due to stress. The screws add additional support.
Supports are not required for the spool holder. The spacers will require supports.
