I was looking for a large printable propeller that I could paint and put up on the wall. I redesigned this with much higher resolution and sliced it down to five pieces for printability. If you choose to print this, please try scaling down the STLs first and see how they mate up. This design requires being glued and probably sanding and painting for a nice, finished look.
The center shaft STL will require support, and I recommend the back side (wall mount side) be put against the build plate. Estimated print time with 0.3mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle, with support, 15% density, 3 perimeter minimum is at 30 hours and 625g of filament.
