This is an addon to MagnumDanger's Dice Box and Card Display at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4809766 and my additional boxes for the Fowl Play expansion at https://www.printables.com/model/997511-cubitos-dice-box-and-card-display-fowl-play-expans, for Cubitos.
Make sure to print it on it's "back" to avoid overhangs.
I keep everything in the Cubitos box like this (see also photos), and unfortunately the rule book is only slightly smaller than the box itself, so it's hard to lift up without picking at it and mangling it. The Lifter sits around one of the boxes on the bottom layer, and allows you to simply lift up the rules (again, see photos).

How I Designed This
I used the existing boxes as a guide to make sure it would fit snugly (but not too snugly) around an existing box, did some other measurements to figure out a good height, and it was otherwise pretty straightforward.
