Ignore the bright red, that’s just PLA that I had loaded in my printer from a previous print. I just used it to print the prototype and verify the design. I'm making these out of ABS. ASA would be a better choice due to its UV resistance but I'm using what I have.
My Jeep has been missing this piece since I bought it, It has been an eyesore for awhile now, so I decided to make a set. I used measurements taken from the OEM component that was on the other side of the handle. It’s not an exact replica. I left the bottom face flat instead of adding a little radius to it and the fit is a little snug but they work for what I need. I will add a model that is an exact match if anyone needs it.
