My unifi G4 pro doorbell did not quite fit in the width between the edge of the house and the edge of the front door. I needed a simple extension bracket & I did not see any here that fit my needs so I made this.
This is a 70mm extension.
To mount: first attach the wires that came with the doorbell to your existing wiring, passing the wires through the center part of the bracket.
Mount to the wall (smaller holes facing house) using a screwdriver no more than 5mm wide - this will allow you to pass the screwdriver through the larger holes to get a straight shot to the mounting screws.
For the doorbell side (side with 2 recessed squares): I used an M3 flat bolt + nylock nut to mount the metal doorbell plate to the bracket. I also added a small washer to the metal bracket to give the bolt head more to grab onto.
