This adapter was needed to flood an RV's double floor with hot air from a Truma heater. It will adapt the standard Truma flex hose (60mm inside diameter) to a rectangular outlet of 100x30 mm.
The double floor in question is very shallow, so a 60mm round port (+ a flange) would not work. 100x30mm covers a similar surface area though so the airflow restriction should be negligible. The offset of the adapter was added to allow fitting of the flex hose and a clamp.
Print with support material (under the flange) and select a filament, that can endure the air temperature (forget PLA !). I used PETG which should be stable up to 80°C and seems to do the job.
I specifically used Formfutura's ReForm rPET filament.

Dieser Adapter wird benötigt um den Doppelboden eines Wohnmobils mit Warmluft aus einer Truma Heizung zu fluten. Er adaptiert das Standard Truma Flexrohr (Innendurchmesser 60mm) auf einen rechteckigen Port von 100x30mm.
Der besagte Doppelboden ist sehr flach, so dass ein runder Port von 60mm Durchmesser nicht möglich war. Der Querschnitt des rechteckigen Ports ist aber vergleichbar, so dass der Luftstrom möglichst nicht behindert wird. Der Versatz des Adapters soll es ermöglichen, das Flexrohr und eine Schelle zu montieren (Abstand zum Boden).
Bitte mit Supportmaterial unter dem Flansch drucken und ein möglichst temperaturfestes Filament verwenden. PLA ist hier nicht geeignet. Ich habe PETG verwendet, dass bis 80°C formstabil ist.
Verwendet wurde konkret Formfutura ReForm rPET - das Bauteil hat sich bisher bewährt.
