The part this replaces is a nightmare to find and criminally expensive.
So… I submit to you a cheap and easily produced screw retainer for your Mini R53 Door Panel.

Printing and First Use:
Nozzle : 0.4 mm
Layer Height : 0.1 mm or 0.3 mm depending on your printer
Infill : 100%
Supports : None
You will notice a free floating or loosely connected tab on two sides. These are fixing tabs that will act as the anchor point for the door panels. they should expand into place when the factory screws are installed for the first time.
Press the part firmly into the hole.
Screw the factory screw into the part enough to release the tabs and fix it into place.
remove screw and install door panel as you would normally.
