Description
I acquired a lot of Dell Wyse 5060 for my homelab and @EvilProphet's excellent ESRack system fit the ticket for racking them. I whipped this bracket for my 5060s / N07Ds.
The ESRack system includes the following components:
Mounting Brackets - used to install the unit in the rack, available in 3 sizes:
Short
Medium
Long
Device Modules - each module can handle a single device
Possible Configurations:
- [Mounting Bracket Short] + [Module] + [Module] + [Mounting Bracket Short]
- [Mounting Bracket Medium] + [Module] + [Mounting Bracket Medium]
- [Mounting Bracket Short] + [Module] + [Mounting Bracket Long]
- [Mounting Bracket Long] + [Module] + [Mounting Bracket Short]
- [Mounting Bracket Long] + [Mounting Bracket Long] (Blank Front Plate)
All modules were designed with very little clearance so installation of some devices may need to be pushed in by force.
Before you start printing the system, print the Connecting Block to ensure that you can connect the modules.
All parts of the original creator @EvilProphet ESRack system can be found here.
Printing instructions
Material: PLA+/PETG (I used Sunlu PETG)
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.28 mm
Wall loops: 5 (EvilProphet uses less, and it's probably fine)
Top/Bottom shell layers: 3
Infill: +25%
Infill pattern: Gyroid
Orientation: Print on front surface / face-down
Support: Not needed when correct orientation is used
Assembly instructions
Use M4x16 and a nut between two modules
It is possible to use M4x12 and a nut between a module and a bracket if you're ready to swear a lot
While there are four holes, I found it sufficient to use only two bolts for each joint
Other notes
This module makes optional use of the 5060's 75mm VESA mount to secure the computers in place. If the print works out correctly, you should be able to use the original VESA bolts, if not those are short M4. Be wary, the plastic is quite thin around the mounting bosses on the print, so don't gronk on them like an ape. Also, don't use long bolts, you don't want to hit the board inside the computer.
The hole on the side is for the power lead. See this associated model if you don't know what to do with the power bricks.
Updates

These have been in my rack since I published them. I cracked one ear on one of the modules from being not careful enough when moving them around and that's about it. I did notice the computers have been running hot~ish, but not concerningly so. Having a fan just to stir the stale air around might be enough.
