Hinges for split doors for V-Core 4

This is another hinge solution for a split door for a V-Core 4/300.

Doors can be opened more than 180°.

Can also be adapted for a 400 and 500 printer.

Side panels and the doors need some cut outs. These hinges are NOT meant for mounting on top of the side panels!!

Fastener needed per hinge:

1 x M5x30 cup cap allen head screw
2 x M5x1 Washer
1 x M5 Locknut

2 x M4x15 Flathead screw
2 x M4x1 Washer
2 x M4 Locknut

4 x M6x8 Countersunk Flat Head Screw
4 x 30/M6 Slot T-nut 

4 x magnet holder and counterparts from the RatRig delivery.

4 x M6x10 Flathead screw

Make sure you print at least the hinge parts with support and massive. Do not use any infill to strengthen the parts.

You can use PETG, ABS or PC (PCCF) for printing the parts.
