This is a parameterised version of a bracket I made for myself, due to people looking for such brackets I figured I'd make an easy to modify version and upload it.
Sorry about the variable naming, that's hard but for the most part you'll only have to modify two variables.
- RebarDiameter - The diameter of your rebar with any added clearance to make it a slip fit
- BoxMountingHoles - Center-Center for the box mounting holes.
Steps
- Measure your rebar, add a little clearance to make it easy to remove (say 8mm rebar, 0.5mm clearance) and set RebarDiameter
- Measure the distance between the mounting holes and set BoxMountingHoles
- Export mesh
- Import into slicer
- Duplicate
- Mirror duplicate along the long axis
