Pintx battery box

This is a remix of grimms px replacement batt box.

i added a tape light mounting solution, gx16 charge port, bms stand offs and hard mounting solution for a Maxgo bms, ennoid and nexus coming soon.

This remix is intended to house a 20s1p 21700 and remain stock and free ride bumper compatible. You will need 3 m2.5mm heat sets and a 20mm gortex vent patch. I lined the bottom of the box with 3mm neoprene foam to prevent wear and also help secure the battery in place.

The box uses m3x8 countersunk screws to secure the lid and the same m4 screws to secure box and lid to frame. 

In the files below will be a tpu flat gasket and a led window you can have cut at send cut send.

This box has not been tested with the stock lid or a 15s2p but it should work, however that’s on you to verify.

I would reccomemd a badger kit to aid in water resistance.

I would also reccomemd printing in pa-cf or gf with 6 walls and 60% gyroid infill.
