I found @FluxLiquids wall mount for the Nitecore D4. But as written by someone in the comments there, the EU version of the D4 seems to be a bit beefier. I took the original model and just used the slicer to resize it. I also added a cutout on the right side to make the D4 go in more easily. However, it's still tight and requires some fumbling.
Kudos to @FluxLiquids for doing all the hard work of creating the original model.
I printed in QIDI ASA with 5 walls and 35% gyroid infill. The charger gets fairly warm and I also wanted a filament with good layer adhesion since you need to bend the holder to make the charger go in. I guess PETG and ABS will also work, PLA I would only try if nothing else is at hand.
