This design allows an ordinary male XT60 connector to be mounted behind a panel. Uses through-bolts for mounting to mitigate layer-adhesion strength concerns. The body can be scaled in Z in a slicer to account for differing panel thicknesses and models with six levels of clearance are included (0 through 0.5mm in 0.1mm increments). The base plate is optional, as I've found gluing the XT60 connector in is plenty strong enough. A template is also included to make accurately cutting a hole in the panel easier. Designed for M3 bolts, though you may need to drill the holes to get a smoother fit.
I also suggest considering adjusting the tightness of the XT60 connector fit with my pin sizer tool or perhaps for the female connector adding these better grips to make unplugging easier.
