This scale sized human femur hides a secret inside! Remove the ink core from a standard BiC "Round Stic" pen and slide it right in. The cap snaps on hard for the first few times but eventually achieves a satisfactory snapping sensation. From calligraphists to crabs, everyone can enjoy this marrying of marker and marrow.
For good build plate adhesion and a clean seam between the cap and pen, I printed these joint-side down with supports. Printed with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.1mm layers to get some nicer detail, but I imagine no structural problems with 0.2mm layers.
