Printed using PETG, but any material should be fine. You'll need a little bit of flex to get the latch onto the corresponding pins of the hinge.
On the hinge, enable “Supports on build plate only”.
On the latch, I used paint-on supports and selected the face of the overhang only. Use “For support enforcers only”. See Prusa Slicer screenshot. Alternatively, it is probably fine just enable automatic supports everywhere. Automatic supports will generate supports for the latch overhang as well as inside the round holes.
