I needed to make a waterproof box for my M5 TimerCamera F. The Inside dimensions of the box are 99mm to fit the M5 TimerCAM with tailbat module connected, but feel free to resize it to your needs. I will be printing a small version (60% scale on cover photo) only for TimerCam itself.
I wanted to make it as cheap as possible so the idea is: Put your device inside, put a silicone wrap over the box window, and close it with a lid.. pick your tolerance, but I suggest using 0.06mm version for a tight fit. Depending on the wrap you use as a window you can then try a bigger tolerance if it won't fit.
V1 is the first simple version with a lid (0.13mm tolerance) in one STL and without hooks (you can just split into objects to separate lid and rotate them to correct orientation)
Base + Lid version (pick your tolerance) has hooks on the base.. you can rotate the box to have hooks on top to hang it from a tree (for example) or have the hooks on the bottom to attach the box with a rope better so it won't fly away in a big wind (my use case)
I haven't tested it much yet so I will update my preferred print settings and how well it holds in rain/snow later. It should be enough to withhold rain for cheap devices like ESP32 cameras, etc., and picture quality is not affected at all when using silicone wrap. Looks like nothing is in front of the camera (example photo made by timercam in pictures.. bad resolution because of the camera, not the box :D)
