Didn't see many good options for this type of scoreboard out there so decided to make my own. I wanted it to be sturdy yet still fully printable. So this is my design…
Updated to V2: improved number cards and rings, and now no longer needs glue. See the bottom of the description for notes on how to upgrade from V1.
Additions:
There is now an extension for adding a set counter (thank you @DidierOwner_2884549 for the suggestion). HERE is the link for that!
I also added an "A" card for indicating advantage points in tennis, and a blank card for personal customization. (Thank you to @PeterDavey_4480843 and @HuKru for the suggestion)
TL;DR: Cards may need slightly different print settings, make sure the divots on the bars are facing down.
Downloading
The .stl files for each piece are in the Model Files section. The number cards are in a separate file to make things more organized. All the files can be downloaded together in the .zip under Other Files.
Materials
About 1/2kg of filament.
A contrasting color filament for the numbers (technically optional if you figure out another way to make the numbers stand out).
Printing
Printing should be easy since nothing needs supports. However, there are a few notes…
The only files that need to be oriented differently than they come are the Alignment Screws and the Pin for the frame bars. Select Auto Orient in your slicer and that will fix it.
Depending on the maximum score desired, print as many number cards needed. For example, if your maximum score is 21 then print 4x 0s, 1s, and 2s, and 2x of the other numbers.
Every thing was printed with standard settings (2 walls, 15% infill, etc.) except the cards. They may work with standard settings, but I have not tested that. I would suggest increasing top layers, or infill so that they are solid.
Note: To get the vertical lines shown in the pictures…Top surface pattern: aligned rectilinear
Top shell layers: 0
Bottom surface pattern: aligned rectilinear
Bottom shell layers: 1
Sparse infill density: 99.9
Sparse infill pattern: aligned rectilinear
Sparse infill direction: 90
Solid infill direction: 0
The cards are multicolor. I did them on a single extruder (no multi material system), but obviously it is more convenient on a multicolor printer. Start with the contrasting color and change filaments when the outline of the number starts.
Be patient. It takes a while to print all the parts.
Assembly
Putting it together should be intuitive but here are a few notes:
The divots on the bars should face downward so that the rings can be aligned to them with the screws.
The connection for the bars should be snug, so they may take some persuasion.
The ring openings are best placed toward the back.
Look at the pictures.

If anything is unclear, just ask! Happy printing!
