Elite Gourmet Dehydrator Print Ring

Print Ring (85 mm tall) to print directly from the Elite Gourmet EFD319BNG food dehydrator. These are 1 piece prints and just fit on my QIDI Plus 4 build plate (NEEDS 296 mm minimum X & Z). STL and STEP files included.

The print ring has a 10.1mm (0.9mm pitch) threaded opening that fits the standard PC4-M10 bowden tube fittings well. I use a Lazy Susan bearing under the spool while using the print ring. UPDATE - Lazy Susan platform files added, however the bearing I purchased is no longer available on Amazon. You'll need to source one that is sized correctly.

I printed in Sunlu ABS with .4 nozzle and .2mm layer height.
I added a 3mm brim to the interior (interior is easier to trim with deburring tool). The short print ring would have probably printed fine without a brim. Use your judgment based on your typical adhesion results.
On my QIDI Plus 4, used generic ABS settings but changed - 55C chamber, 260C nozzle, 100C bed.
Only supports needed are for the PC4-M10 fitting bung.

I printed mine @ 100% expected these to shrink a bit, but they did not by much. My parts are slightly loose on the bottom and more snug than I'd like on the top. If I were to print these again (on my machine) I'd probably scale the X & Y to 99.5%, but if you typically experience Costanza level ABS shrinkage on your rig then 100% (or more) may work better for you.
