A couple years ago my poor pup was having difficulty with her hind legs. I started searching for dog wheelchairs to assist her and didn't like what was available. I started to model this concept for and adjustable model that was also somewhat parametric for different sized dogs. Unfortunately, she had to be put down, tumors :(.
But I wanted to share this with the community, the files include Fusion360 file as well as the file for the wheels. Some components are McMaster-Carr components and obviously the aluminum tubes would need to be made or sourced. I also hadn't got to the part of designing the body hammock/sling. I was going to modify an existing harness.
Love to see this get some remixes and continued to be made available for others who have rear leg mobility issues with their pup.
