I was making some sound deading boards for cubicals. The design was with EMT pipe. I needed a way to attach the pipe to the top of the dividers. This part can screw to the surface, and then a ¾" EMT connector can screw into it. This part is used for making furniture, and not used in actual electrical conduit work. If anything, you can also use this model just for the ¾" threads.
