I made this to hold delicate parts on the lathe. I print everything at 100% and then turn the inside to the correct size. the ring on the outside compresses the inner portion to hold the parts.
I used PLA although I would suggest something else that machines better such as ASA.
It would also be good to make the outer ring from a low friction materials such as IGUS 150i although that does get a bit expensive
