One bike requires a single STFU front and rear pair, in the files you will find two supports that can help in case of very slim profile chainstay. you need two print two of each if you have to use them. My suggestion is to try without and in case you need those print them later.
I've used tpu with cucbic infill at 55% for the rest of the settings i'm using makers muse TPU printing settings.
