Useful if you're using an HBA and wind up with a lot of extra sata connectors. Also gives you some flash redundancy over that one 2.5 bracket that comes with the case.
Hangs off of the SFX PSU and sticks to the top of the internal space. Strongly recommend ABS for heat resistance.
Drives aren't going to be cooled crazy well, so I would avoid using crazy high capacity ones. An array of budget used < 1 TB ones goes well here.
