The Ruger Mark III & IV and Browning Buckmark magazines are nearly identical except for the magazine retainer cutout location. The Buckmark's cutout is on the opposite side and 19mm further down the magazine. Pictures compare the Browning remix on top vs the Ruger original.
The rails and pusher from the original are the same, but an appropriately branded ammo box felt right.
I didn't notice screw size listed in the original, but M3x10 with matching nuts are the right fit.
