A perfect way to simply grab Sonicare 4100, plop it into the enclosure and go, no need to remove your brush head! This was styled similar to another remix of the rugged box but due to size requirements and differences in the brush handles I had to completely re-design it specific to the Sonicare 4100.

NOTE: This will only fit the Sonicare 4100 - this is typically a smaller brush size compared to the more premium models of Sonicare brushes. If you have one of the larger/premium brushes, go check out this model which will likely fit better: https://makerworld.com/en/models/728401#profileId-659939
Also, the latch for this model is different, I had to shorten it so the normal rugged box latch will not fit.
Finally, for simplicity I've included plastic parts so you shouldn't be required to use the M3x30 screws, if you don't want to - https://www.printables.com/model/514317-rugged-box-printable-pin-screw-replacements
Print requirements/suggestions:
For the brush holders and latch: no supports, print at least .2 or smaller, recommend using variable layer height for the best print quality. Be sure your first layer is 100% dialed, the Voronoi pattern is a bit difficult to get right if you're having any bed adhesion issues. NOTE: you may need to add a slim disc/mouse ear to the latch to ensure it has enough to grip the bed.
For the hinge & clip pins - these can be difficult, I recommend printing against the bed w/ supports against build plate and then clean them up. If you have multi material, I recommend setting the interface layer to a dissimilar plastic for easier removal (I print the pin in PETG and use PLA as the support interface layer with a 0mm interface spacing and it comes apart great).
