I created this to allow for print on my smaller printer (Bambu P1S) and to then assemble with screws.
Added a solid bar across the middle with 2.5mm holes for m3 screws to thread the pieces together or a narrower bar to use an m2 screw and nut (I only had short M2 screws so had to make the middle bar narrower.) i have only printed and tested screwing it together with M3 screws. I have removed some of the ridges to allow for easier screwing but it was still a challenge to be honest. I only used tinkercad as i am still very new to printing and especially modelling. Haven't used it in practice yet but it does fit.
Make sure to use your slicing software to cut “Slice” straight down the middle. I used manual support generation for the finger hole and the little tabs at the end. Printed in Bambu PETG HF
As you can see from the images, i had to snip an additional piece of support away to make it easier and its a bit thin where the screw goes into the thinner side.
