I had uploaded the wrong front-screw model … added proper one and also a small washer to retain the baril in place with the bearings when changing spools :)
Spool support with a cylinder on needle bearings to minimize friction because of the weight.
The wheel nut with front bracket is a print in place
Simply remove OEM support and install new one
I added a front support for non-raiser printer (i will upload my raiser model soon)

Infill: 20% Tri-Hexagone recommend
4 top & bottom layers
Support only for small overhang on back support
In “OBJECTS MODE”, change needle bearings assy layers to 0.8
Use SCARF JOINT SEAM on cylinder for a better finish
Recommend ABS or PETG-CF ***No PLA***
Replace screw on back cover with M3x12 to screw lower back support in place
***NOTE***
Parts will not load flat on bed, align as in the pic …. full plate 13h print ;)
I will add different shafts that screws on back support for different size soon :)
