Boxes that can hold objects up to 32X32X32mm.
The design was for a marble but can hold other objects. The only requirements are:
- one of its dimenmsions will be larger than 15mm
- each of the item dimmensions should be less than 32mm
the project contains two models:
- Marble cage no support- The dome model requires no support. Just pause the print, place the object, and continue.
- Marble protector with marble builtin- No support required + marble model built into the cage floor. Just snap it off when the print is done.
- Cube model- requires some support- Be sure to restrict the support so that your object will be able to fit inside.
All models were tested with PLA and PETG.
Best results at 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill.
I also tested with 15% infill with good results.
