Free reconstruction that I made after research about Henry Starck and his legendary bagpipes.

Chanter in the key of E (lowest note D).

Fingering like a Tin Whistle or Irish Flute/modern Flute.

Drones in Bass E, Baritone B, Tenor e.

Long tuning slide make ist possible to sound in Eb/Bb/eb maybe D/A/d and they should pulled long out to get better drone resonances.

Every drone sits in a single stock with venturi-style inlet for better tone stability.

The standard chanter has two equal length tapers 1:42 and 1:45 like modern oboes, the wide taper chanter has a short 1:35 taper and a longer part with 1:29 to get a sound more like a Grande Bourbounnaisse or a Marktsack.

The standard chanter chould work with a Uilleann Pipe chanter reed for narrow bore chanter,

a modified baroque oboe reed or a practice chanter reed, maybe.

The wide taper chanter  should work with reed from the Grande Bourbounaisse.

Staple length 27-36mm.

For key pads and springs you should use regular instrument spare parts from oboe and clarinet.

The drone reed tongues should be out of PETG foil or acryl  around 1mm thickness.

02.01.25:

The side bore on the Baritone Bottom Part 1 is now shorter.

25.05.25:

I printed the Narrow Bore version and tried different reeds from Practice Chanter and Smallpipes out of Plastic. The lowest note is nearly Bflat so it's easy to optimize the fingerhole spacement to get the whole chanter to sound in this key and use it with GHB drones or maybe better, borderpipes drones.  Sounds much like a flat set of Uilleann Pipes or Pastoral Pipes.

The drones of this model can tuned down to Eb-Bb-eb to use in plagal mode with this.

To raise the pitch to concert D I think the bore should begin with a throat of 5,5mm - like a Mustette Oboe or the wide bore set in D by Leo Rowsome.
