Reasonably fast print. I used a 0.4mm nozzle and 1.75mm PLA filament for a length of around 3.5m. Overhangs on the sides are 40 degrees, card is 0.9mm thickness, most external radii are 2mm. Radii on the inside are designed to grip the token but it's not a struggle to get in/out.
