This is a knob to replace the original one that is shipped with the Fresh Roast SR800 roaster.

This design is intended to provide for improved precision while adjusting the fan and power settings of the Fresh Roast SR800 and SR540. It is a simple press-on replacement for the original knob that is shipped with the roaster.
It fits a standard EC11 switch/encoder with 15mm shaft. If the print is loose on the shaft, try adding some scotch tape to the shaft.
Note: Print WITHOUT supports (removing them could be tricky, leaving remnants that would interfere with the fit.) I printed with PETG.
Updated Jan 5, 2025: Increased clearance to the shaft base, to avoid interference during the push-button travel.
