Once installed, this spacer will offset the X-axis by 2 mm. Creating this offset results in a better alignment with the markings on the print sheets. In the case of the Y-axis, it is possible to improve the alignment by moving the XZ-axis assembly slightly towards the front of the printer. It might also be necessary to adjust the positions of the 2 bearings that define how far the Y-carriage can move in each direction, not only to help with the alignment but also to ensure that the nozzle does not collide with the 2 screws at the back of the heatbed.
