The round filament box by @Toregr_288246 is a very handy spacesaver to store your filament.
I used the well known ‘Ikea Samla’ boxes but they take up more space than is needed to store your filament spools so i wanted to change to something that takes up less space, now ik can put 16 spools on the same spot in this filament boxes instead of 8 in 2 samla boxes and i only have to open a box with one spool not 4.
I did not wan't to print a whole lid in the color of the filament inside the box so i remixed the 80mm box to hold a swatch sample in front of it.
The sample can hold text wich you can do in the slicer, at the back you can write whatever you like or just keep it plain and simple with no text, after printing it slides in the holder of the box.
With the 50mm container from https://www.printables.com/model/65922-silica-gel-spool-container it holds my filament around 25% humidity with the remixed lid with double tpu ring.
Update 13-01-2025:
Added swatch file V2&V2.1 with an indentation for text & V3 with a line where you can ad text above it to be clear of the box.
Printsettings:
0.28 layer heigt
3 walls (no infill needed with 3 walls)
3 bottom/4toplayers but its only 4 layers thick so no infill needed.
