This is a low profile card holder I developed to replace the paper card holder that comes with the Wingspan board game.

The stand that comes with the base Wingspan board game is fairly unhelpful. This perfectly solves that problem.
I used Prusament Galaxy Black PLA, and I think it looks very sharp.
The pattern on the bottom helps keep the part straight. If done right on a smooth PEI sheet, there should be no warping of the part. I made this part on my MK3S+, with the Z offset calibration set very precisely.
I had to be careful to make sure the first layer stuck well, this is the only challenge. I used some 1200 grit sandpaper to buff the surface of my smooth PEI sheet a bit to get the bottom pattern fine lines to stick. A lower grit would work, but I personally wouldn't recommend going lower than 400 grit for the sake of your smooth sheet. Now that I have a satin sheet, I bet it would stick better to that.
