Ultimate IKEA Trofast Drawer Dividers/Inserts

Update released! Includes Maxi box (⅔ of the Trofast drawer).

Set of drawer divider/inserts for IKEA Trofast - you can mix and match them however you want. Originally designed for LEGO (and hence big fillets at the bottom making it easy to pick small parts), but there are no limitations for use cases.

Please note that inserts fit regular, full-size Trofast drawers (item no. 505.820.72).

Keep in mind that Trofast drawer has walls at at slight angle, so all boxes can be used on either side, but need to be rotated to have the walls aligned. Also, drawers are rather flexible and can vary in size slightly, so you may need to adjust spacing/clearance. Ideally, please print one row of boxes and see if they fit.

Available parameters in Fusion 360 file:

• spacing between boxes and drawer walls (default: 1 mm)

• wall thickness (default: 1,5 mm)

• size of internal bottom fillet

• size of internal vertical fillet

• size of external bottom chamfer

• size of external vertical fillet on the edges of the boxes
