Syringe pump and valve modules have been available for cheap to the hobbyist on secondhand market for some time now, but the fittings required to connect tubing to them remains pricy. These printable fittings might help!
I have tested these a little bit and they appear to work properly, but ymmv. I'm sure they're not suitable for high pressure. But beats paying $5 a fitting.
print the nut in ABS or PETG, tip facing upward, and then use a ¼-28 UNF die to cut the threads. I just chuck them in a drill to do it. Pass a 2mm drill down the center afterward.
Print the ferrule out of TPU or other elastomer. The tubing will be a tight fit, slide the ferrule on until flush. Be sure to cut the tubing cleanly and square. Tighten until snug and the tubing resists pulling out of the port.
