I wanted to hang tea lights without drilling into the joists as this is preferable in this instance. The print works best under tension in PLA, but PETG may be preferable depending on your climate. In my case they are under the roof so there is no direct UV exposure. You can also play with the infill amount as well as the pattern to get the desired grabbing force. One side is flat while the other is ribbed to attempt to avoid damage to the wood. Also a small thumb hold for safe removal.
