This is a WORKING and TESTED version of the snowball maker that I remixed from yoshioki.
To make this snowball maker rotate, you have to line up the small holes in the round external part of each half, and insert a piece of raw filament through them. Glue both edges of the filament to the sides of the snowball maker to secure the filament. Refer to the model images to see what I mean.
