Print in Nylon standing up, with the bigger base to the bottom, with a two layer skirt at a distance of 0.1mm from the object. This will give the necessary adhesion, but the skirt will be easier to remove from the print-bed than a brim. 40% infill, at least 2 perimeters, 3 would be better.
