Takes small m3 heatsets. 3.8mm hole. added step if you want to increase diameter. Found it prints best with the arc pointing up/screw holes down w/ organic supports. YMMV

30% infill - gyroid
outer wall and top surface line width set to 3.5 - Lower will provide better resolution of the arc but that's as low as I went in test prints with a .4 nozzle
I tried a few orientations for printing, but they all left scars from supports. If you have a tool changer, and can print with opposing materials, a different orientation may print cleaner
